Tell me what attack Naruto used on Sasuke?
-Sasuke attacked with Katon/Ameno/Chidori combo, Naruto had no choice to defend against these
-Sasuke followed with susano's arrows, Naruto had to block them with TSB
-After Sasuke used Ps, and again Naruto on the defensive block it with Kurama Avatar
From these following sequences, Naruto didn't/couldn't attack Sasuke

-Sasuke took this opportunity and tried to mount him or bury him with barrage of punchs (the susano's arrows)
-Naruto defend against his attack and managed to regain his position to fight back

If the fight was in close place, Naruto would struck in wall.
Even though he didn't take damage, he lost his balance and was pushed far from the statue. That wasn't a tickle... ah, and you forget his pain sound (you can see that from his face too) so for the last time that wasn't a tickle.
