So a FTG user need prep that's already made to be on par or better than ameno?

That maybe true unless it's like any normal jutsu. Would be kinda lame of a jutsu from the sage/Rinnegan to have a cooldown and a range limit even with mastery of the jutsu.

Impossible? you really shouldn't be saying that when it's hardly true. Ameno has impact on his Rinnegan so he can't honestly use it an infinite amount of times to avoid an FTG user who's placing seals on them

Ameno's mechanism is far superior compared to FTG. And the range is generously sufficient for battle. FTG is good for running away though.

He doesn't need to. Nobody is stupid to do that. He casts Amaterasu anywhere on the ground and teleport FTG user in it. Or just teleport the thrown Kunai to Amaterasu burning, so next time you teleport using FTG, you're in hell. Or just invert the direction of the Kunai and teleport in near to FTG user's face. GG. Or just Shinra Tensei all the Kunais and FTG user away. Or swap with the incoming Kunai. Or use Chidori Nagashi right when FTG user comes near you. Or teleport all the other places Kunais in Amaterasu. Against something this fearsome, the only option left is to teleport to the seal at your home and stay there.

In terms of battle, that's exactly that order.

FTG users like Minato or the 2nd can either spread Kunai's throughout the battlefield which they are fighting on or place seals which from their hands onto their opponent which in the manga has been seen done where the majority of the time the opponent never notices it until it's already placed and they remember when it was placed lol so not like that is a major weakness in FTG's use.

Sasuke lights up Amaterasu anywhere and teleports all the Kunais in it. Next time you teleport, you're in hell. Easy as that.
