How can u not get it??? u must be living behind the moon or something lol. Alright ill explain it to you. Internet explorer is like really crappy ans slow. Everybody hates it. So there are a lot of memes all over the internet.(e.g. a turtoise says: in the slowest there is. A snail says: oh really? Enter Internet explorer : ***** PLEASE XD)


This video (which is awesome and epic btw) is like really old. Most likely from like 2010 or 11 XD and you posted it NOW(as if a forum full of nerds discussing about naruto hasnt seen it yet....) so i assumed you posted this back in 2011, using internet explorer....which is why only now it was finally posted, for the internet explorer sucks balls and needs so much time for such simple tasks....
