So technically speaking they have the same "speed", but with the long distance Kaumi definitely takes more time to warp away something into the other dimension (eg diedara's arm, Mazou's head)

With amaterasu you said "as soon as it hits"
with kamui you said "it takes time" and whether it depends on size or not, ameterasu still hits instantly no matter how big the object is.

Ameterasu is faster. Kamui varies, and things that vary, have no exact classification, because it's never exact.

So Obito should be easily able to evade Amaterasu if hes not caught off guard.

Notice that Obito is able to use kamui to send part of his bodies almost everytime, which means he doesn't even need to concentrate to use his kamui, he teleport things everytime, every seconds he wants, what makes me believe even further that Kamui is faster to be released
