by this I mean being able to Teleport amaterasu onto a target via seal or through a kunai into their blind spots?

These techs won't work on someone like Minato because you can't tag him. it's difficult to catch someone like Minato and you will need to mark the enemy to use flyingthundergoderasu..=D These techs are too much for others to handle.
