Amaterasu Isn't "Instant"

(LOL! I meant Amaterasu, not Amaterasy.)

I'm sure you guys are here because you read the word, "Amaterasu"

Anyways, let's get to the point. Amaterasu isn't Instant as some of you guys say it is.
I'm tired of your guys saying Mangekyo users can solo anybody with Amaterasu.

As you can see here, it takes time to engulf onto Nagato's Cerberus.

...and as you can see here, it takes time for Amaterasu to engulf onto Killer B's full Bijuu Transformation.

It also takes time to use Amaterasu because the Mangekyo users must use the Sexy Mangekyo look at their Opponent, giving their Opponent time to escape if they're not stunned by the Sexy gaze of the Sharingan.

Yes, yes it will.
As you can see, all a Mangekyo user has to do is give the Sexy Mangekyo look at Minato, and the flames develop onto Mianto, and he Teleports with the Amaterasu. The only way to block it is to use a shield, or a powerful Jutsu as a Shield.

Maybe Itachi put his Susano'o up while Sasuke was talking about how Godly Kirin was, and then itachi blocked it when it came down.
