amaterasu remains the same whether from sharingan or from rinnegan. there is no proof and even the slightest reference of rinnegan amaterasu being stronger than sharingans or even itachis amaterasu being weaker than sasukes.

How convenient you use a scan where Sasuke used Amaterasu without Rikudou chakra.

With Sage chakra TSB get negged by a simple Susano'o arrow, the goududama's effects don't work on his jutsu therefore the TSB won't be able to extinguish current Sasuke's Amaterasu

And as we see here, Amaterasu can't burn trough samurai armor. If Kaguya was smart, she'd just steal some fodder Samurai's clothing, equip it, and voilà.
