Amatarasu can't burn chakra ......Kankuro able to save a samurai with his chakra threads and we all knw that Naruto is covered by Kyubi's chakra while he is in KCM or BM so Amatarasu isn't a big prob for Naruto......................

There is no need for Naruto to directly fight Sasuke......He can just Make a Shadow clone and it wil enter SM and a 2nd clone with KCM ,they wil take care of Sasuke..............................
