Well iv'e been thinking about the Jutsu Amaterasu it works with the user eye sight right.

So lets just say Sasuke could use it when him and Naruto fought at the valley end.

Sasuke said he couldn't prodict Naruto moves/See him so is it possible that Naruto could dodge a 2Tomoe Sasuke Amaterasu?

And does Amaterasu get Faster by the evolution of the eye?

Three tomoe was able to read his movements. Besides, Amaterasu is instant, it spawns where the eye is focused on. Raikage was not hit because Sasuke couldn't focus his eye directly and or correctly on Raikage, because of his immense speed.

Keep in mind, Sasuke was new to his Mangekyo and the techniques that it gave him. He wasn't use to Susano'o or Amaterasu and I am sure with more training/development of the eye he will be able to track and focus on enemies better.

Its a a to b justsu.If your traveling really fast and are a blur Sasuke's eyes can concentrate on you so no Amaterasu.

1 if u are rinnegan user than shinra tensei right away
2 if jiraiya sensei is around he can seal it

Ay just dodged it so may be it is not instant
