I'M really pissed when sasuke fanboys think he can solo anyone with Itachi's own technique.Yea,i said it Itachi's tech.Everytime Sasuke fanboys is about to lose a discussion they bring Amaterasu on it like Amaterasu is sasuke trump card.As i see so far u have to be slow enough to get caught or be still.Sasuke is a formidable shinobi,he can take on any shinobi but cant solo just any with amaterasu.
here a list of shinobi i dont think sasuke can solo with amaterasu:
Naruto
kakashi
A
Pain
Lee
and so on

He solo's Kakashi with Amaterasu. Any Pain besides, Deva & Preta. Lee with Gates probably can dodge it. everyone else on the list he can't

Not sure abt kakashi,but pain wont feel it as they are dead bodies,lee dodges it,A and naruto obviously dodge it,tobi puts it out like a candle,gaara intercepts it,nagaro blows it off or absorbs it,v2 chakra killer b's shroud protects him from it,shukaku wont feel it,etc.

it all depends on if you can dodge or counter it.. simply as that
