Which Jutsu is more powerful and why? Obito's Fire Style Jutsu combined with Kamui, or Amaterasu? The former killed hundreds of ninjas in the war teaming up on him with such Jutsu, while Amaterasu hasn't achieved such feat.

Amatrasu appears directly on the target which makes evading it nearly immposible to most of ninja ,also amatrasu can't be gotten rid of with traditional ways

Yeah just noticed. Eventhen, Obito's katon was stated to be capable to roast someone like Choji in an instant. On the other side Madara could take a bath with Amaterasu, so i will still take that kamui variation over Amaterasu anyday
