amaterasu useless vs tobi

alot of people seem to believe sasuke made tobi use izanagi which is false.tobi has lost body parts lots of time like his arm if he were to get hit with amaterasuhe would just remove the part like 4th raikage did and replace it.if you look at tobi he doesn't look injure the way he did when he fought konan after using izanagi he looks like he just remove amaterasu.when he fought konan his cloth werr torned but yet he removed amaterasu easily which meants amaterasu has a weakness.

We saw him got hit and flames attached to his akatsuki cloak. He also screamed. But though he might have become intangible or sucked amaterasu to other dimension, what i wonder is how he came with same cloak unburned..

he didnt detach in that one he ripped his arm off u cant jus rip it off and put it back on haha but after amaterasu he still had both his arms

Because when Sasuke used Amaratsu on him, we saw him get hit by it, scream, and fall back into the shadows, coming back a few moments later (chapter 397). Had he used his technique, it would've gone through immediately.
