OT: Amaterasu doesn't suck, its only been used on regular people who renowned people of the base called fodders.
These are gods...based on the definition of the amaterasu itself everything sasuke has falls in line with god in it I believe.

These past amaterasu's seem to be the first version.
Sasuke only has one eye and we know when get got MS in both eyes it got stronger, along with EMS, but he has one irregular eye which seemed to buff the shaping.

Obito confirmed foreshadow is quite obvious that Sasuke will indeed get another eye to be at full power.
They will be his regular eyes that can be used continuously.

Yea, Amaterasu has the ability to burn anything it touches, but against top tiers, amaterasu is kind of meaningless. Raikage was able to dodge it, Gaara was able to block it, Juubito liked it, Juubi removed it, Kankuro was like, "ANYWAYS..." Madara just laughed at it, Kaguya didn't notice it, Kabuto didn't care for it, Sasuke snake shedded it, Killerbee substitutioned it.

Seems to only work on fodder like zetsu and whatnot, but even then, for fodder, all sasuke needs to do it use his kenjutsu.

Turtle island isn't top tier. Im pretty sure any large scale jutsu culd destroy the turtle. Jinto did nothing to Madara's unstablized Perfect Susanoo
