Amaterasu is useless against Neji

Ok i'm not saying that Neji could beat Sasuke or Itachi or another Uchiha(we don't know) since it's totally wrong. They will rape him in a fight, but what some people must understand is that it's not Amaterasu that could kill Neji.

Neji has the perfect counter to Amaterasu even if he gets touched by the jutsu. He can emit chakra from every opening in his body like he says himself here:

That's how he was able to push away Kidomaru's spiderweb even when he was totally immobilised:

He did the same against Zetsu and even destroyed him while immobilised:

We can say it works a little bit like Shinra tensei who can also be use all around the body and that helped Nagato to push Amaterasu away:

So, normally even if Neji(or maybe even other Hyugas like Hiashi) get touched by Amaterasu, he could push it away.

That's why i think Amaterasu is useless against the Hyuga clan or especially Neji since he is the one who get the most screentime between them

I was thinking the same think any contemplating whether to make a thread. Amaterasu can burn chakra, but stops burning when that thing is gone, Neji can push chakra away from his body to defend against using 8 trigrams palm rotation, and when the technique is dispelled, 'goodbye amaterasu'. Very good, +rep. The Uchiha fans wont like it though xd

I highly doubt Neji knows the doujutsu powers in a MS/EMS. Say if itachi done amaterasu on neji, neji wouln't know anything about it and wouldn't have a counter. It'll be too late.

Shinra Tensei is a ability to push away all matter. Neji doesn't have that ability and not to mention he won't be able to react fast enough to Amaterasu

When the rotation ends so will the amaterasu as it burns until what it has completely gone. Neji reacting to it quickly enough is a different matter but his techniques could theoretically counter it.

No, the flames appear where the target focuses. Sasuke would be looking at neji therefore from the techniques description would appear on neji.. YOu are claiming that rotation would block his vision, also that it cannot out-power rotation,
