No,it shielded Naruto from it.Naruto instantly removed the chakra cloak probably cause if it stayed then the Amaterasu would burn through it.
Didn't Amatersu + Rasengan effect Juubi Jin Obito? And yes,only people who can absorb chakra via Rinnegan make it look like fodder or Naruto via Kyuubi.Everyone else gets solo'd.
