That's semantics. It's essentially the same attack. It's like claiming Chidori has never killed anyone, while Raikiri has. They're essentially the same jutsu, but Raikiri is stronger.

Grasping at straws. Bee tries to hit her, but is stopped. Gyuki tries again, to hit her, and succeeds. I even pointed out Gyuki's attempt in my previous post.
