Just because a jutsu hasn't killed anyone doesn't mean it's not strong, BZ has seen every Rikudou jutsu in existence and still claimed Amaterasu to be the strongest physical attack. Can't disagree with manga facts

Not really a valid point it's probably 1 of the strongest s rank techs but 1 shots aren't allowed by main characters. Sasuke doesn't use any 1 shot techs after gaining EMS. Sakura who's meant to be Tsunade level should be able to perform instant kills yet cant.
