I would pick Amaterasu, its a massive tech in the right hands(like someone who can use it too its full potential that is) and being equal in power doesn't matter too much in this situation. It more comes down to who has better control of their techs that will win but still Amaterasu ftw.

Black lightning, Ameterasu is just fire. It's like shooting a flame thrower at lightning as it flies at you. The only thing ameterasu will do is burn you after the lightning destroys your body :shrug:

I disagree, try burning kirin b4 it hits u, even if u manage to get kirin with amaterasu, it will hit plus burn u with ur own flamed imo.
