Sasuke been stated that you only need to have double MS to use Susanoo since the Kage Summit, he never said you need to have certain jutsus for it so no one should have been arguing about it since that point lol

Since when does a regular genjutsu have the same inverted scale as Itachi's Tsukuyomi? That was Sasuke's first time using Tsukuyomi, you expect him to control time so easily? It's a given Sasuke's genjutsu skills are far inferior to Itachi's. I wouldn't expect Sasuke to perfect Tsukuyomi like Itachi without practice, especially not when his genjutsu skills are bad.

Yes, the mangekyou sharingan is capable of casting a regular genjutsu. But did Sasuke use his mangekyou to cast a regular genjutsu? No, because he experienced the side effects of his mangekyou.
