I'd go with Jinton, in terms of destruction. However, the speed of the attack matters too, as Amaterasu might even hit the Jinton user, before even it's fired or vice versa.
Edit: Wait, you mentioned that both are fired at the same time, however again the speed factor comes into play, i.e. if Amaterasu is faster than Jinton, then Jinton might not completely destroy Amaterasu, and some part of Amaterasu might hit the Jinton user.

If they were to collide, they would just pass through each other. Jinton breaks things down the particles of objects. Amaterasu is fire and is therefore energy and not matter. They would pass through each other. Or, taking anime logic into account, there would be a massive explosion U_U
