the fact that it looks ''weak'' and never ''one-shotted'' somebody is
just because its used on above god level shinobi. I mean come on guys

Now if Nagato wouldn't be controlled he would be done.
If bee didn't cut of his leg it was a 1 shot.

FRS is the jutsu who is highly overused on EVERYTHING which make's it look weak
but it actually isn't it spammed on madara obito etc.

You can't call a jutsu weak just because a god level shinobi isn't killed with it. jeez.
