Obito could easily keep up with Naruto in BM. His 'godly speed' is hilariously exaggerated. A barrage of Enton Magatama would most certainly connect.

what's debatable here is not weather naruto is faster than ameratsu, but weather he can slow himself down fast enough to not come in contact with sasuke when he surrounds himself in it, just like with the raikage.
