lol going by your logic, kunais,swords or any offensive jutsu is pretty much one hit kill. all of this can kill you if it hits you in the right spot. so stfu and think of a better explanation.
Not at all, most of the known attacks aren't one hit kills since yet one can survive them. One hit attack means that surviving this attack becomes in the case you get hit impossible. You can survive a Kunai, you can survive a Katon technique, you can survive a Shinra Tensei, but you can't survive Amaterasu when you get hit by it directly. And dodging from Amaterasu is also impossible. Above Amaterasu doesn't need a "right spot", it hits your whole body and kills you anyway. Rinneganusers like Nagato are the only ones who can ward off Amaterasu in the case they get hit directly.
Another example for a good one hit technique is Chibaku Tensei. You can only escape from it by destroying the core with powerful attacks, if you get hit by it you also can't survive.
