Let's see, where to start...
First off, to the people who say "You shouldn't have killed yourself. You had tons of purposes in life.", you didn't know how she felt. She felt like shit. Maybe it's everyday, I don't know, but people do feel that way all the time (On her level). From my perspective, I'm pretty sure I would have done nothing if she was at my school and people were bullying. Unless my trustworthy friend was there with me, but he's never around anymore so I would have just sat down and ate lunch. It's true that I don't really know her, but I know I would have done at least something to her. At the least, just say hi and give her a smile in the hallways.
I know I wouldn't do much, but I don't know her side of everything. For a bit, I would have enjoyed knowing her in person, or meeting her. I'd be shy, that's how I always am around girls (Haha I know, lame. But who still has the girlfriend? <---). This does really piss me off though. I feel the same way whenever someone talks about my dad, since my parents are divorced and I've been living with my mom ever since. There is pain inside my chest, but I guess it doesn't really matter since we never knew each other.
Sure there are millions of other kids dealing with something related to this, but they don't speak out. And neither did she before it was too late. To all the people who tell us, "Yeah right. If you actually did know (Insert Bullied Person's Name), you wouldn't do anything.", well.. no one ever tells us who gets bullied and whatnot. But when there is someone who goes out and tells someone they're being bullied, you'll see many people trying to cheer them up.
Anyways, what I'm trying to say is, yes her death is wrong. But look, it's justified. She couldn't handle it, what do you expect her to do? She was already on anti-depressants, seeing counselors and everything else. She's been cutting herself, drinking and doing drugs. I myself do believe that, at that precise moment, suicide was the answer. But had she waited and told someone who actually did care (Don't expect it though, do you really believe she would trust another person after the two people who she trusted but got back stabbed?), then yes, suicide would have been wrong.

I think we all ought to congratulate Mischief Maker for managing to hijack the dead girl's thread and turning it a thread about himself. It seems now that both you and the girl are fighting over who can get the most attention, and so far, you're doing a great job at getting ahead. Talk about scavenging carrion... Way to go.
Anyways... Last I checked, facebook's EULA does NOT allow for underaged people to have accounts. Sure, it seems they're also good at turning a blind eye on it, but still, underage people are not supposed to be on facebook. Girl finds out the hard way that you should be really careful about what info you place on facebook (personally, my facebook account is under a fake name, and I usually ask friends to refer to me by said name)... And then KEEPS THE ****ING ACCOUNT!? Don't get me wrong, but didn't she get enough? Did she really have to ask for more?
Also, it's somewhat likely that it was someone close to her (one of her camwhoring friends, which she later somehow pissed off) that pulled the trick... I somehow doubt it was some random person, unless this girl was indeed very careless with what she placed on facebook... It's not that easy to get someone's address.
Then later, she moves out of town, and keeps the ****ing facebook acccount... You go, girl, that's some sound decision making. Also, kudos for the parents, those guys really had some badass parenting mojo for not keeping this girl away from a computer... Last I checked, once something like this goes down, not only you GTFO out of the internet, but also consider going as far as changing names (google is not always your friend).
Later, girl decides to do someone's boyfriend, even though she had a history of getting herself in trouble and had no friends. Wow, now that's simply brilliant. Sure, I don't think others should have put together a lynch mob and went after her, but seriously, I also don't think you should get mugged for crossing a dark alley in the night, but that's just how life is. People with low social value (seemed to be her case) can get pushed around and harrased with little to no consequence... She had it coming. I wouldn't call her out for sleeping around, but well, you have to now where you're treading, and humans tend to act like that.
Later, girl logs onto facebook (WHY THE **** SHE'S STILL THERE!?!?!?!?) to find some ugly comments. Really, that was unexpected. Low social value, slept with the boyfriend of some well-connected person... Yeah, totally unexpected.
Later on, she posts a video showing her cuts and begging for attention. Yeah, that's going to work. Doesn't work, can't handle the pressure, an heros.
Really now... This girl might have been mistreated, but she sure had a fair ammount of guilt in her own predicament. She simple kept coming back for more. Her parents also should write a book on how NOT to handle children.
Lastly, really, this isn't the touching story some are making it out to be. Completely socially oblivious girl + seemingly blind parents + lots of facebook which she wouldn't let go doesn't make this a tragedy, makes it a trainwreck consisting of a huge pile of stupid decisions.
Nothing to feel for. Too bad she couldn't handle the pressure, but seriously... All she had to do was STAY THE **** AWAY FROM THE INTERNET, change names, change town, and stop asking for trouble. I can't quite put enough emphasis on staying the **** away from the internet, I don't really know why she kept facebooking when all it brought her was trouble. In the end, for good or bad, she kept asking for it... She ended up getting it.

Maybe change names and skip town, but the first condition was paramount.
Why the **** she kept coming back to facebook if she knew there was a stalker hellbent on messing her life? What did she expect when she slept around with the boyfriend of a really popular girl (likely good looking, yeah, gotta love alpha pants)?

Peer pressure is your answer. Something as little as that, made her flash. Then, it all went downhill from there. Not everyone can handle the pressure put on them from another person.
That's a lot easier said than done. Most people on the internet can't go a week, let alone a day, without using the internet at least once. This would apply to me as well. And I'm sure as hell you can't do it either.
