This day and age is full of selfish people who do not care about people's sorrow. Most people are self concerned that they are even jealous that a death of someone has been brought into public. Many people of this forum use unrealistic comparison of African and western life. The fact is Life is a Bitch Everywhere and if you are young and it hits you badly and without friends and family who listen, you are very vanurable. The danger of the modern life is that the most families are not social and people do not consider problems as such a big thing as it would be in Africa.
For example if you life in a perfect world and it turns out your different or you constantly getting pick on your self awareness would be different than you would live in Africa where things aren't normal.

And please stop asking why you should feel sorry for he cause others have it even harder and bla bla bla....

No, if that guy hadn't posted those pictures she would still be alive.
She did a mistake, tell me a single person on this entire world which doesn't make mistakes. Especially at her age!
Not to mention puberty comes in play, she's more curious about her body, her sexuality and everything like that.
We all did that at a certain time, just that we did it probably different. All kids her age are curious about this sexuality side one gets.
So just because she did a mistake she deserved to die?

In the end, it was her own life, what did they care? Why did everyone had to judge? What was their business?

The individual that anonymous allegedly un-masked has been rejected by law enforcement as Amanda Todd's harasser. Apparently, the reason the individual was in internet contact with the girl is because he was a friend of hers.

Please, people, stay current on news topics. The poor dude now has to deal with all the vigilante crap being thrown his way by irrational people on the internet thanks to "Anonymous."

You have no write to bully someone no matter how the person looks, what he\she did or what they might do. I feel sorry for this girl. Some people say American are cold harted and it's true, we all are at some point in different levels but how can you be this cruel ? how ? I am not aware about the complete story of Amanda but I would defenetily have helped her, I would have done anything for her so she can feel bette.

Thats a tad unfair. This is rarer then just an average death. People in general have feelings for tragic things. So when something tragic happens people respond

not true, the difference between this and any other random suicide is that she made a video about it which went viral. people in general like drama and flashy things, not tragedy. it's just that this was a story that catches people's attention, much like the kony story gained much more popularity than the millions of children slaving away in sweatshop or dying of hunger which we don't see.
