People are asking if Sasuke's one rinnegan is more powerful than madara's rinnegan and what is the difference.. so here is sasuke's new eye

As you can see the difference between the two.. the difference are clearly the regular sharingan dots.

Sasuke have both sharingan and rinnegan power in his eye

We have never seen Madara used Tsukuyomi or any other genjutsu with his rinnegan..

He needed the 10 tails which had the juubi eyes (sasukes eyes) to use the infinite tsukuyomi.. which i'll like to think a regular rinnegan can't do so there you have it!!

Sasuke can do rinnegan and Sharingan techs with his new eyes
