Am I the only one who prefers Two & A Half Men with Ashton Kutcher?

Towards the last two seasons of TAAHM it was just sad watching Charlie Sheen getting wasted and dying slowly. As soon as Ashton Kutcher came it lit up the gloomy mood Charlie left behind and it changed TAAHM completely (for the better).

I think the reason people say they hate TAAHM now is because they are sheep following the crowd or they are pure Ashton haters.

Even critics from Rotten Tomato & IMDb rated it higher, it's just the stupid users that are bringing the ratings down. Sure the views have dropped as well but that's because a lot of people aren't open to change.

Bottom line: Give it a go, watch a few episodes now and if you keep an open mind I guarantee you'll like it better.

If you've at least tried it and didn't like it that's fair but don't assume the worst

I think the reason people hate this new one so much is because they were used to Alan being hapless with smart-ass Charlie and lovable Jake. It was a dynamic that was set up.

In the new 2.5 Men, Alan isn't hapless, he's just pathetic. Jake isn't lovable, he's just stupid. Ashton is ok, but he's just too different from the dynamic.

nah! ashton kutcher actually made the character have more worth in his fictional life rather than sleeping with this one and that one.

I literally watched 10 minutes of Kutcher's first episode and just walked away. Doesn't even suit him IMO.

When Ashton joined, the show had a really slow start, and they made one big mistake: they decided to make every episode about Alan. He's a great side character, but he gets annoying as the main character. But the show has gotten back to its old form now, imo
