That ending clearly says naruto doing something abt the Eternal tsukuyomi. But that really makes less sense. I mean.. I always reckoned if MUgen Tsukuyomi is to be casted... Sasuke will be the one to break out of it. But given that madara still casted it even though he knows sasuke has the rinnesharingan on his left eye means he really don't consider it as a threat to the MTi. So yeah! Maybe Sasuke's Left eye might not be that instrumental in fight against MT, and it might be some sort of naruto's secret power(That madara is unaware of) that does the job.

NOTE: Not a fan boy. Just saying. I mean! After going through all this trouble to cast the MT, I don't think Sasuke will just negate the MT with his left eye. That's all...
