[Discussion] Am I the only one who thinks the Fairy Tail 2014 ruined the Anime?

Fairy Tail anime was something else. Animation, art, fights, etc.. were all better. Why did they change the producers? No budget or something?
Who agrees?

Oh yeah, I forgot about that, the animation did change significantly. I agree with you but high demand series get aired weekly so the animation will be shaky, I just accepted that.

But Fairy Tail the original aired 175 consecutive episodes [not counting the breaks] without having such problems.

Yeah that was before the 10 month (or longer) hiatus. I'm pretty sure the studio that animated the first 175 episodes no longer does. Oh that's obvious they changed studios, it's cheaper. The crisper the animation the longer it takes to make and costlier it is. I agree with you though.

I agree with you bro. When i set eyes on the first episode of 2014, i realized some characters didn't look like their former selves. I mean seriously. Erza's the worst imo. I just can't find Erza's old face in this new one.

Well, the first part was, in my opinion, an amazing work.

I prefer the new episodes. The characters look more like they do in the manga, and yes, I am an avid reader of the manga. And I like that they've started to include at least a little blood. Before, it was like it was designed for eight year olds, with no blood, only the occasional scratch. The manga is actually very bloody, so a lack of blood and the animation's visual differences were what I had problems with in the first part.
