Am i the only one who thinks jugo is like android 16 from DBZ

Also if you remember not only was android 16 apparently an evil android/killing machine created to kill goku but that apparently wasn't the case cause he seemed kind and in a way he befriended gohan plus like jugo he was one with nature also not only that but android 16 was quite strong as he managed to give cell a beating and was evenly matched with imperfect cell and android 16 seemed like the strong silent type which makes me think could this be the same for jugo and is jugo waiting for the right moment like say if sasuke is attacked then will jugo decide to fight and will jugo be evenly matched with say and don't laugh a powerful jubi clone or even madara.

When is jugo gonna make himself useful,don't tell me he's just gonna stand there like a statue,he's been standing there since he arrived on the battlefield,wtf is he waiting for,is he waiting for someone to wave a chequered in front of him and shout GO! i mean come on jugo make yourself useful,he looks like an idiot he's standing there on the battlefield where suff is happening everywhere i mean why the f hasn't jugo been attacked by a jubi clone or why hasn't he kicked some jubi clone ass,JUGO......WHAT'S THE POINT......WHY THE F DID YOU BOTHER TO GO TO THE BATTLEFIELD IF ALL YOU'RE GONNA DO IS STAND THERE WAITING FOR YOUR BIRDS TO COME AND TALK TO YA,he's a lyer he ain't sasukes friend,he doesn't give a crap about him,sasuke is practically risking his life being in spitting distance of the jubi and he could get killed and you got mr "i'm going to the battlefield too...protecting sasuke is my role" standing there,jugo is what you would call a traitor, you know what i hope sakura accidentally puches him tsk and i thought killerbee in 8 tails mode was useless,i think kishi should do us all a favour and use the rubber end of his pencil and erase him.
