I'm pretty sure someone may have already posted a theory like this, but....

Pretty much 95% of the new threads this week are about how Naruto > Sasuke (which is funny because Obito is about to end the world and all), but there still may be hope for Sasuke. And this is just a theory, so don't try to flame me, then ride off into the sunset on your high horse.

A few chapters ago, when the alliance was facing Obito's 4 bijuudamas, Sasuke said he was going to use his reverse summoning and take Naruto and Juugo with him. Of course he could have chosen to save Juugo merely because they're friends, but theres the possibility that Sasuke was planning on using Juugo's senjutsu powers.

Remember when Sasuke got murked by Killer Bee?

Juugo was able to save Sasuke because Sasuke was still compatible with the curse mark.

Sasuke may still be able to use Juugo to access the curse mark again (he knows the curse mark is linked to senjutsu because Kabuto told him), then he could combine it with his Mangekyo Sharingan with ease. Basically, he'd be pulling a Vegeta on planet Namek, using a backdoor method to achieve a powerup.

And if not, then Orochimaru is on his way to the battlefield. Orochimaru could aid the procedure or simply give Sasuke a new curse mark (Sasuke wouldn't have to die like the first time because the curse is still in him somewhere).

I've been thinking a parallel thought.... Juugo's cells can absorb Natural energy. Kabuto used this to gain an infinite Sage Mode.

Sasuke has been known to be a talented and gifted Genius... so my guess is instead of a curse mark, he'll recall that....

1. Juugo's Clan can absorb natural energy

2. Recall that Juugo gave him some of his DNA to keep him from death against Bee

3. Use the Sharingan's Copy ability to mimic Kabuto's use of it (making a nice nostalgic deja-vu to when he copied Lee's speed).

Thus, while his attacks won't have a full sage mode force to it... bits and pieces of them WILL.... and since Sasuke has shown to have a multitude of spread/continuous effect damaging and high damaging techs, the lack of the instant impact of his low Natural energy percent will be made up via his time interval (duration) of his attacks as well as his high hit jutsu.

not wishful thinking. Kishi made Karin and Jugo BOTH have a way of HEALING Sasuke for a REASON.
I don't think he did it for NOTHING. ITS NOT WISHFUL THINKING. Its a PLAUSIBLE IDEA. Naruto's NINETAILS CHAKRA
reappears cuz it never really went away. Well Sasuke has Karin & Jugo inside of him (at least Jugo). Sasuke also has Itachi's eyes so he might be able to use Itachi's jutsu. Sasuke can do ANYTHING he WANTS to do. :sasuke: =

To be honest I don't really care either way; however, if we are looking for the most realistic approach to how Sasuke can come to hurting Obito... it is probably this or nothing!

I don't know if it is relevant right now even if he gets it. Obito is releasing a portion of the Juubi to initiate Mugen. I don't see how a CS Sasuke will do much even with BSM Naruto beside him.
