Am i the only one that thinks sasuke's rinnegan cool down is like....................

What I mean is that a few chapters ago sasuke wasn't able to use his new eye techs and in chapter 687 he's now able to use his rinnegan techs, when you think about it,it's kinda similar to when naruto thought against deva path pain and deva path temporarily was unable to use his push and pull techs and had to instead rely on taijutsu which is why deva path fought naruto briefly using taijutsu till he regained his ability to push and pull and I'm saying that this is like with sasuke's rinnegan cause when sasuke temporarily lost his ability to switcharoo and now it's back.

But i won't go too deep into madara's technique.

2. The technique's strength depends on the user.

Shinra Tensei can be used on a small scale which we already know, its self explanatory.

Deva Path could also increase its power to destroy a village.

3. The cooldown depends on the way the technique is used.

Deva Path could not use the technique for a while after using it on a grand scale (for the destruction of konoha)

But when used normally, it have a cooldown of 5 seconds.

But there is more to it!
I think sasuke can use his technique to teleport to long distances but the drawback being that he won't be able to use the technique again for a while because of the regeneration just like what happened with deva path as i explained earlier. But yeah that is just an educated guess, it is a theory until it happens in the manga, right?

Many people complained about why sasuke's technique had a cooldown so this is the real reason behind it and it has been this way ever since the beginning.
I hope people now have a better understanding on how sasuke's technique works.

For a technique like almighty push and pull, the small delay is a small price to pay. Those techniques are way op, but sasukes tech should nt have a limit. That was kind of a douche move on kishis part to give him a time limit. It is a good technique but when you have a time limit it's kind of stupid considering sasuke is already somewhat fast on footspeed(doesn't compare to naruto though). I would love the tech if it weren't for the time limit

If Sasuke didn't have a time limit, do you know how much he would be spamming that eye's Technique??!! It wouldn't even matter if there was a limited distance, he could go the farthest he could, and then repeat the process over and over and it'll be like zigzagging every second. Though keep in mind this is an eye technique, soo it requires chakra. Evidentally, Sasuke doesn't have an unlimited amount so it makes sense if there is a cooldown.
