The flashbacks in the naruto series like really I have to nearly skip the whole episode and I dont like the fillers either like the sakue one s except for the good one about sage and the other ones

the technique to watching fillers and flashbacks with interest is simple. Stop reading the manga.

i kno what u mean but sometimes flashbacks are relevant because it may contain info that wasnt in any other episode like kabuto's past for example

Personally, I like fillers. It's the only time we get to see "new" stuff in the anime. Also, some of the fillers are quite funny.

That's all part and parcel of Naruto really. Sometimes they are interesting and can add some substance to the story, sometimes even fillers do that too.
