Madara's left horn was broke after Guy punched him with his Evening Elephant.

Does breaking the horn has anything to do with Madara? Will he become weaker?

Just to show how strong Gai is now.... maybe some symbolic way to show Madara loosing his "crown".
Madara is not invencible, Gai is just that good.

Madara lost his "weak" horn.
Obito had the big horn on the side of his rinnengan , Madara too and this big horn is not broken.
It may have a little effect on Madara's power , or not.
