itachi > sasuke .... for the time being.

Sick Itachi = the living Itachi we saw. Healthy Itachi is the same as sick Itachi, the only difference being that he doesn't cough up blood and moves slightly faster - enough to dodge the rigged shuriken. That's about it; small, but a difference maker.

Versatility has nothing to with his state.. when it comes to who has the wider set of abilities, Itachi surpasses him.. It doesn't matter if he can't USE them all..

Kakashi can't use all 1000 of his jutsu.. But that doesn't stop him from being one of the most versatile ninjas in the manga...

Well Sasuke can bypass the Yata Mirror by using enton to melt Itachi's susanoo from other angles. Once it has been melted enough, Sasuke can try using kirin to penetrate through and defeat Itachi. It will be hard and Sasuke can only beat Itachi with high difficulty but I think he can pull it off.

As for paralysis genjutsu, if Itachi wants to cast that to create an opening, Sasuke can do so as well.
