Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

This is a dumb thread. It is stated in more than one place in the Manga that Itachi had greater supplies of chakra than Sasuke and also better chakra control. Sasuke could NOT outlast Itachi with Susano'o and I don't know where you pulled that idea from. Please don't make fail threads, especially if you aren't even going to base them in fact.
Example: When Sasuke uses Amaterasu, he states, "How did Itachi do this with out even showing a struggle?!"

Question for all those saying izanami wont work. Do you have any particular reason why it wont or you're just basing your assumptions and on blind fanboyism and wishful thinking?
Izanami would work, because Sasuke doesn't know what he is atm.
Itachi can put out the Amaterasu flames as well.

Blaze Release is only manipulation the Amaterasu flames.
Itachi would own Sasuke. Sick, Healthy, or Edo Tensei. Until Sasuke unlocks Perfect Susano'o, he's not beating Itachi.
Sasuke even called Itachi "perfect".

Let him burst a blood vessel in his eye straining just to put out once little bit of Amaterasu. Then Sasuke can spam a ton more from his orb. I already told you why Izanami wouldn't work. No, sick Itachi loses 9/10.
Sick Itachi: Genjutsu battle, Fireball(2 or 3x maybe?), Tsukuyomi, Shuriken battle, Spammed Amaterasu a couple of times, Susano'o. Don't forget his leg was stabbed and his arm was burnt.
All this while he close to death.
Itachi has Yasaka Magatama. Which is basically(In theory) the same thing.

I just came to check if we have reasonable people on this site, then i looked at the poll, and im glad Itachi is owning the results as it should be, the people still in denial wont change their opinios so i dont know why this thread isnt closed yet, the people have spoken.

The number of people on the poll diagree with u. not even gonna bother with details. Just gonna tell u since sasuke lost his ninja way and siding with the evil side tht my friend is called losing the correct path........which means izanami can be used on sasuke.

i respect madara04 as his posts are fairly educated, my person opinion is still
itachi > sasuke .... for the time being.
I think a lot of people see madara and go omgawd dewd, if sasuke used ems/ rinnegan / perfect susano and pixie fire he totes gone be strong lyke dat!
NO! madara will always be out of his league because the guy is a war hardened vet who's done the craziest shit there is to experience.
Sasuke eventually, with all these handouts... will improve himself to best itachi.

9 times out of 10? you're kidding right? i could understand maybe 6 or 7 but hell you just sound like a fanboy for sauske.
We still don't know Itachi's full strength as we have not yet witnessed a full-on fight involving itachi, even during the fight against sasuke he was diseased. Even zetsu could not believe that itachi was hit by rigged shuriken. Also, Itachi in his own tactical way wanted to protect sasuke. But if we were to compare them at the moment of the battle surely Sasuke (with orochimaru's chakra)>=Itachi in terms of strength, stamina... But when comparing intelligence, cunningness, judgement, chakra control, hand seals and strength(during Itachi's prime time) surely Sasuke would fall faaaar behind (as he could put up such a fight even in his diseased state, never showed true feelings, thinking of the times even after his death, gaining control of yata mirror and sword of totsuka; control time during tsukuyomi blah blah blah).
