We have no prove that a MS/EMS breaks u free automatically. And if u take that one, broken by sasuke during his fight with itachi...
1) That was a softievariant of Itachis tsukuyomi, compared to what he did to kakashi.
2) I have the feeling, that the cursemark/Orochimarus power had a big part in breaking tsukuyomi.

Even if sasuke breaks it after some time, he will be affected. I guess nobody withstands a tsukuyomi without any damage.

But yes, itachis stamina is comparedd to sasukes to low so in a ninjutsubattle sasuke would win in the end...

F*ck Sasuke, if it wasn't for Itachi, Sasuke wouldn't have the skills he has now. He wouldn't even have ems, he wouldn't have blaze release, he wouldn't have sussanno. I don't think sasuke will win 9/10. Every battle involves and is sometimes determined by strategy and intellectual prowess not just by RAW power. Sure sasuke has EMS and all those upgrades, but i dont see sasuke as smart or near as smart as itachi, and itachi is more skilled and he was sick. Sasuke would win 9/10 if itachi was sick like when they fought in the uchiha hideout, but 9/10 against a healthy itachi. I don't think so maybe 3/10. And if you say there is no such thing as "healthy itachi" then you really are dumb. Everybody has a prime.

You say that Sasuke would last longer in a Susano'o match. That's not true. From what we've seen, Itachi's stamina is relatively good had it not been for his sickness. He wouldn't go blind after 1 fight, so yeah, Itachi's Susano'o would overpower Sasuke's due to his weapons - Which Sasuke doesn't have.

Secondly, Sasuke's Tsukyomi and Amaterusu are equally ineffective against Itachi as it is the other way round.

Itachi's much better overall, so yeah. Though it'll be a close fight. Itachi knows more about the Uchiha's and their overall workings of the techniques, such as - Izanagi and Izanami, unlike Sasuke. Itachi, even if Sasuke possesses more firepower, Itachi's much calmer, smarter, and would play out Sasuke, with a plan.

In conclusion, your statement is false. It's not Sasuke EMS > Itachi definitely, it's a 50-50 at best.

Actually there is healthy itachi, his stamina speed everything was affected by his sickness. Even the dumbest of all people would realize his sickness was a huge factor in his fights. Due to his sickness his speed was decreased, his stamina was decreased and the drawbacks of MS techs were amplified and he couldn't hold his susanoo as long as usual. All the things I listed were what a healthy itachi should/would be. I mean, if you were to take a prime itachi and a prime sasuke aka MS no sickness vs an EMS Sasuke. Chances are an healthy itachi would win. So don't say there isn't such a thing as healthy itachi, becuase it was obvious he was nerfed.

Also, chances were itachi did know izanagi. The two jutsu's go hand in hand, if he knew izanami then I assume he knew izanagi aswell.

He's sick in this fight, deal with it.

Healthy Itachi or not, EMS Sasuke, or even MS, would be a big problem. They're both immensely strategic, fast and skilled, there's no reason why Itachi would simply waste Sasuke. Despite that though, I'm still not sure whether who would win, it's useless asking the forum, since most of the people here are Itachi fanboys and Sasuke haters, so they'll easily say Itachi. I definitely agree about it being a good fight though.

we still don't know the extent of Itachi's power, his fight with Sasuke was an act and on top of that Itachi was ill... and against Kabuto, Itachi had to make sure he didn't kill him, so he wasn't going all-out... also we don't know what new techniques Sasuke gets with the EMS but ill assume is some shit he can spam... so i'd say it's a tie, until they fight each other somehow and actually prove to fanboys who's better
