Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

I don't think paralysis genjutsu will help. It's a sharingan genjutsu and i don't think it's stronger than tsukiyomi that Sasuke managed to break. He even broke through Danzos seals, so i don't think that a paralysing genjutsu could stop him. The same goes with Izanami. Like Itachi said it's useless to cast genjutsu on someone with the same eyes and even then, he is not like Kabuto who doesn't know what he wants so i highly doubt it will work
But in terms of skills yes, Itachi is better in taijutsu and genjutsu like you've said, problem is that it won't help in this fight. What is even worse is that Sasuke knows that Itachi normaly has problem with stamina and that's why he was worried about if Itachi can still use Susanoo against Kabuto:

Itachi wasnt trying to kill sasuke that entire fight, he went in that fight to let suaske win. That genjutsu would of killed sasuke so doesnt it make since that so sasuke could kill itachi according to plan itachi let suaske out?:sy:
And itachi's uncomplete suasnoo stopped kirin so im sure it can stop those stupid arrows, not to mention itachi can dodge em. He's fast enough to keep up with KM naruto an Killer bee at the same time in taijutsu so he's extrememly fast an has great reflexes.

Even though it can't pierce Susano'o, u say it will seal Susano'o? then can't Sasuke just recreate another one. Ofcourse if itachi wanted to kill Sasuke he would've use Susano'o from the beginnin, Sasuke broke out of Tsukuyomi wether you wanna believe it or not it's useless now that he has EMS. You seem to not know how izanami works.. Sasuke is a walking bag of problems that can be utilized by izanami..
As for paralysis genjutsu, You misunderstand what sharingan does.. It helps the wielder SEE THROUGH genjutsu, But it is up to them to break it..
Thus, when itachi uses genjutsu that simulated reality, Deidara fell for it and almost killed himself, But sasuke didn't... Deidara then trained his eyes to see through genjutsu and countered sasuke..
However , The paralysis genjutsu isn't one where merely seeing through it will help you... The moment you are in it, you immediately know you are in a genjutsu... You then have to break it. .which is a problem, seeing that you can barely move...

Itachi > sasuke. just for a little bit longer, sasuke is getting better but hes nowhere near as smart as itachi (dont get offended, sasuke isnt stupid. and i dont like either of em...) but hes not near itachi's level.
Sasuke is strong just BUT! NOT BESIDE ITACHI !(dont get offended fanboys but literally like 35% of his power is from getting pissed off about itachi or someone said itachis name yata yataa..)

lets use logic...Itachi can keep up in movement against KM Naruto(fast enough to keep up with the raikage the fastest ninja alive) an killer bee at the same time. Now if ur telling me that KM naruto cant dodge it then you really are retarded cause Kabuto dodged it low difficulty. Not to mentin the pillar or rock whatever you wanna call it that the arrow hit after kabuto dodged it didnt even break an it didnt look like it went through either(so how strong are those arrows really?). My point is that if itachi can keep up with the ninja who can keep up with the fastest ninja alive. that he can dodge it. Its really simple honestly:shrug:

He wouldn't go blind after 1 fight, so yeah, Itachi's Susano'o would overpower Sasuke's due to his weapons - Which Sasuke doesn't have.
Secondly, Sasuke's Tsukyomi and Amaterusu are equally ineffective against Itachi as it is the other way round.
Itachi's much better overall, so yeah. Though it'll be a close fight. Itachi knows more about the Uchiha's and their overall workings of the techniques, such as - Izanagi and Izanami, unlike Sasuke. Itachi, even if Sasuke possesses more firepower, Itachi's much calmer, smarter, and would play out Sasuke, with a plan.
In conclusion, your statement is false. It's not Sasuke EMS > Itachi definitely, it's a 50-50 at best.

Mm idk sauske is strong and all but itachi is smarter and has better taijutsu imo and has susanoo with yata mirro and tosukata blade i think thats how u spell it but idk my money goes to itachi im not a fanboy of either

Actually there is healthy itachi, his stamina speed everything was affected by his sickness. Even the dumbest of all people would realize his sickness was a huge factor in his fights. Due to his sickness his speed was decreased, his stamina was decreased and the drawbacks of MS techs were amplified and he couldn't hold his susanoo as long as usual. All the things I listed were what a healthy itachi should/would be. I mean, if you were to take a prime itachi and a prime sasuke aka MS no sickness vs an EMS Sasuke. Chances are an healthy itachi would win. So don't say there isn't such a thing as healthy itachi, becuase it was obvious he was nerfed.
Also, chances were itachi did know izanagi. The two jutsu's go hand in hand, if he knew izanami then I assume he knew izanagi aswell.

Healthy Itachi or not, EMS Sasuke, or even MS, would be a big problem. They're both immensely strategic, fast and skilled, there's no reason why Itachi would simply waste Sasuke. Despite that though, I'm still not sure whether who would win, it's useless asking the forum, since most of the people here are Itachi fanboys and Sasuke haters, so they'll easily say Itachi. I definitely agree about it being a good fight though.
