Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

Itachi's basic Ninjutsu is out classed by Sasuke's. Itachi's level of Taijutsu is useless against a Susano'o user like Sasuke. Itachi's vision based Genjutsu would be countered by Sasuke's. Sasuke can control the flames of Amaterasu so using that Jutsu would give Sasuke the advantage. Both have Susano'o and both Susano'o's probably can not pierce one another with their attacks, so the only difference is Sasuke with greater stamina can use Susano'o more frequently, hold it longer. Itachi's would've been killed by Kirin in their first fight if it wasn't for his Susano'o

Totsuka is still a sword. To seal something it must pierce through it before. It can't break through Susanoo. Remember the kusanagi vs 4tails Kyubi. It could not pierce through his chakra shrouds. I think the same thing could happen. On the other side, Madaras Susanoo is almost 100times greater and stronger than Itachis. He could destroy mountains with one move. It will own Itachi's Susanoo yata or not especially when you know that yata only cover one side(the front)

Sasuke uses Susano'o way more than Itachi so once the the battle starts like zetsu, Sasuke will be firin off Amaterasu from his orb. Itachi weapons can't pierce Susano'o there's no way for him to hurt Sasuke while he has Susano'o activated but Sasuke can prepared Kirin again and we seen how Itachi was on the ground hurt afterwards.

Honestly we haven't seen Itachi doing the best that he could. It's hard to tell even counting in the Susano'os of both of them. I think Itachi wouldn't give his all in a fight against Sasuke in the first place but if we are talking hypothetical here then it just may be a draw. In the end it would come down to who's will is strongest and I say Itachi takes the gold there.
