Well people were confused when they saw Edo Itachi fight and thought he might be stronger than EMS Sasuke, but it was not long ago since we were given the fact that he had infinite chakra, plus an undying body. So alive Itachi would indeed lose to EMS Sasuke, though with high difficulty.

You can not compare the two at all in this situation, for one specific reason. If itachi is alive, sasuke can not have EMS so this debate is flawed. You say there cant be a healthy Itachi and that he must be sick then you must also accept that sasuke cant have EMS either because Itachi is not dead thus he would never get his eye, It would also mean sasuke would not have MS either, concidering he got it from itachi's death. thus you can not state Sasuke beats Itachi and have that kinda of restriction. The way you set up your circumstances is one sided, You put rules that almost promises sasukes win, to make yourself feel better. Your opinion consists out of nothing but flawed assumptions. Itachi is more skills than Sasuke and this is a fact, just as Itachis Susanoos would be stronger in a directly Susanoo battle due to its unique weapons.

All of your posts are nothing but a whole fail,you are judging only by the Chakra level where there is not much difference between Sasukes and Itachis.

I've seen the sick argument used a few times. Kimimaro was also sick and had no problems with chakra. He also has a 4.5 for stamina whilst Itachi has 2.5. Itachi naturally had below average chakra reserves.

He is not a troll, either way i think a sick Itachi would also beat current Sasuke, you have to accept at the fact that Itachi will always be one step ahead of Sasuke in any kind of fight, Kishi through all the story never made Itachi look bad without excuse, while Sasuke had one of the most tough fights against people who were practically toyed by his older brother, despite being sick he could perform, 2 Amaterasu, 1 Tsukuyomi, 1 Sharingan Genjutsu, 2 Times Susano'o(one Full Susano'o), 2 Fire release, you seriously underestimate Itachi's Chakra reserves, he did all this while letting Sasuke win and trying to get Sasuke to use Oro's chakra.

Sasuke has more power at his disposal, has much more stamina, more powerful chakara, and a wider range of techniques. Sasuke's mastery over MS moves is greater as well. Itachi only has a stronger genjustu (sasuke can break easily now), while sasuke's usuage of Ameratsu, and Sasunno is more advanced then his brother.

Itachi fans will say that he could out smart Sasuke but I would say that sasuke is pretty much up there with Itachi in terms of battle smarts. remember if Itachi did not have Sasunno he would have died from Karin. He did not see that coming

Well do u mean to say that:

1. Itachi didnt defeat Nagato, Bee and Naruto only really helped to destroy CTB. Otherwise Itachi had to come and recue them.

2. Itachi does not have Tosuka blade and Yata Mirrior.

3. Itachi didnt become an ANBU captain at 13 years of age when Sasuke just passed chunin exam at 12.
