During their fight, Naruto had brought a scroll with a formula to summon his SM clone and Lord Fukusaku did that for him. But the second clone was summoned by him without any scroll during getting trapped in the planetary jutsu of Pain. How could it be possible? Am I missing sth here?

He did not summon the second clone, due to the disruption of chakra bcos of the unleash of the nine tails, the second clone disappeared. The sage mode he was in, he said was the remaining sage jutsu left in him.

Although, one thing i did not undastand was, he lost his sage mode before transforming into the nine tails, so i am also confused as to where he had the remaining sage mode chakra from.
