From the the threads I've seen yes. Unless I missed a few trolls of his that you might have caught. Shin seems reasonable in his favoritism of Sasuke. It's just what I have seen though.

I will admit, as trolling goes they did it the best. Easily 100 post in less than the 30 mins from each of them was pretty much a guarantee if the Mods didn't close their threads before then. I did love Macho's threads though. I found them EXTREMELY entertaining U_U
