Kyuubi chakra leak isn't an initial transformation, the seal was designed to leak Kurama's chakra so that Naruto's and his are permanently fused. As a rsult feats like accelerated healing and large chakra reserves would be natural for him.

The initial transformation is the bubble cloak and the Gaiden chakra mode was normal BSM

I disagree with some of this such as the idea that Naruto needs both Bijuu Chakras and Rikudou's Chakra as Hagoromo gave Sasuke and Naruto equal power, so if Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan, then Naruto had to have awakened Six Paths Senjutsu strictly from what Rikudou gave Naruto which the Bijuu were not a part of.
