Alucard of The Hellsing Organization is by far the most powerful vampire in any anime series in my opinion. Once His art restriction level 0 is activated and the saying is stated "The bird of Hermes is my name, Eating my wings to make me tame" Upon completion of that statement his coffin opens releasing a river of death. Which in term is basically the remnants of lives he's consumed over 500+ years estimated to be around 1 to 2 million lives drank by him he can manifest them into the forms they died in and it's not limited to just people but the beasts they rode into battle. The river of death once the cycle is complete he can re-consume the blood of all those lives and have the added lives of those who died in the river also. Without the obscured ending of Hellsing Ova 10 in which Shrodinger's cat was consumed and made him "disappear" he aside from that unexplained situation could possibly be the strongest of all the nosferatu in all anime and manga
