Shortly after the war, Sasuke asked her to join Taka once more. At first she declined, but Sasuke pleaded with her. She never saw Sasuke so nervous. She was shocked when he said he was sorry and that Sakura can't heal Suigetsu alone; Suigetsu was dying because of some pollin from Madara's mokuton.
This made her put her grudge aside to heal Suigetsu. The two of them ran to Suigetsu.
When she arrived in front of Suigetsu, her heart broke. Sakura was trying to heal Suigetsu best as she could, but it wasn't working. Karin told Suigetsu to bite down on her.
It helped. A little. Sakura was amazed at this technique. She even complimented Karin for being well suited for healing. Karin still had tears running down her face because Suigetsu was still in pain. Sasuke then told her that if she came with him, she'd only have to stay long enough to heal Suigetsu completely. Karin reluctantly agreed.
She then found out Sakura was coming with them, and she greeted her formally by telling her name. Sakura and Karin both knew from that day on that they'd be good friends; but Karin knew that if anyone could heal the lonliness in Sasuke's heart, it was Sakura, and she would be happy when it happened.
As they were about to leave the leaf village (they needed supplies), Udon and Moegi stopped them. They wanted to be Sasuke and Sakura's desciples. Karin was expecting Sasuke to quickly decline, but he actually said it was fine. Now their original five man team was now a seven man team.
As they were journeying, Karin was Suigetsu's personal medic, Jugo carried him places, and Sakura helped Karin , Udon, and Moegi learn to be a better medic. Karin was a great medic, but she didin't have the speed and ability, to match it up. She slowly improved and was becoming quite a bit stronger.
As Karin was healing Suigetsu every day, she started to fall in love with him, but she didn't want to tell him. It was obvious he loved her too, as he flirted with her everyday. He went from calling her, "Ugly Hag" to "Beautiful angel". But she was still being stubborn about it.
They eventually made it to Otogakure, and decided to live there. They began making a hospital for Sakura, Karin, Moegi, and Udon to work. She also helped free some of the enslaved.
One day (about a month later), as she was healing Suigetsu (who was almost completely healed), he proposed to her. She gaped for a moment, as they weren't even dating, but for some reason, she wanted to say yes. So she did.
When they told Team Taka, they all gaped except for Sasuke and Sakura. Sakura smirked at Sasuke and Sasuke glared at her. He pulled out his wallet and handed her money. Karin and Suigetsu got angry anime style and screamed, "YOU BET MONEY THAT WE WOULD END UP TOGETHER!?"
They soon got married after that and they were proud that Suigetsu was completely healed. They decided not to have a honeymoon, because Otogakure was still under reconstruction, and they needed workers.
A few years later, they had twins; a boy named Zangetsu Hozuki and a girl named after Ameyuri Ringo, Ameyuri Hozuki.
Karin later learned how to use Uzumaki's Chakra chains and even fire release, some in clude; fire style, fire ball jutsu; fire style phoenix flower jutsu. She went from being a chunin level ninja to a special jonin level ninja over her training with Sakura. It may not be as strong as most of her teammates, but it's still quite a good improvement.
She later became the third medic in charge of Otogakure, behind Sakura and Udon. She may not even be close to Kabuto's power, but she's a better medic then him.
She later found records about her in Orochimaru's lair. She was shocked to find out she was the daughter of Nagato Uzumaki.
Over the years, she watched her children both surpass her. Zangetsu even surpassed Suigetsu (both mid s-rank ninja), and was on a team with Bakura Uchiha and Yamcha inuzuka. While Ameyuri was a a-rank jonin, who was on a team with Shikato Nara and Suzaku Uzumaki.
She was later murdered by one of the neo AKatsuki, along with her husband Suigetsu. Their children would later avenge their deaths by killing "The Godly Swordsman of the mist: Tako Hoshigaki"

This is not the same as Badoria's threads; this is how I would end the series personally. Just to further explain, I'll clarify.
1. Probably will not happen.
2. More fanfictional then anything.
3. I will mostly just do Naruto's age group, and Maybe Konohamoru, Moegi, Udon, Asuma and Kurenai's kid, and Hanabi. I may even do their children and maybe the neo akatsuki, but I doubt it.
