Ok if you don't like your time wasted stop reading. This is too long and is abit confusing .. Lacks information a lot of skipped parts and something's I can't explain so sorry if you're confused .. Excuse my grammar , spelling ect.

From where the manga is Naruto fighting madara, they fight a short battle where madara shows to be superior and he suppresses the kyubi an extracts it from Naruto on the brink of death Naruto is teleported away by Kakashi with kamui and Kakashi fights obito to the end where Kakashi dies but just before he does he tells obito to save Naruto, that's where obito realises what he has done and how it didn't bring him any joy or happiness and he looks after Naruto in the other dimension betraying madara and trying to repent for what he did by helping Naruto with his last wish..
In the real dimension madara goes ahead with the plan kills bee for the 8tails and summons the juubi and goes ahead with the moon eye plan as the host of the juubi and he rules the world in the dark and people losing their will the world turns dull - only a few people the people who believed in Naruto are left not under the controll of madara and rebel against him ofcourse they do this in secret other than that they live normal lives to fit in..
Half a year later Naruto wakes up finds himself in his house and looks around and he thinks he just had a nightmare and he sees obito sitting there watching him realising the nightmare was real ( he jump up asking about his friends : use your imagination how this goes ) after he calms down onto tells him everything that happened but hides what madara did to the world .. That's where obito tell Naruto he needs to train and become stronger to beat madara
Without the kyubi Naruto can finally use all his power and doesn't have to use half his chakra suppressing the kyubi
, obito trains Naruto to fight against the sharingan and rinnegan and he teaches him how to be immune to genjutsu ect...
Obito gives Naruto the rinnegan and a spare sharingan ( from his underground place) he trains him and teaches him all he knows and makes Naruto as strong as his bm used to ...
5 years later he had mastered all the sharingan techs and rinnegan techs limited to him and learnt how to fight both those eyes - dare I say he teaches him all the fire techs and abit of mokuton copied from madara ..it turns out the whole Naruto is the sages reincarnation thing gave him abit more power than he thought he had mastered a mode similar with km mode it's different though and it's fused with sage mode ( ofcourse Naruto was abit more smart being taught by obito and everything ) with the thoughts to save everyone he got ready to go save his friends
