Alternate Madara wins story.

Now freed from Edo Tensei, Madara targets the weakest of the Kages. Susanoo's arm reaches out and grabs Tsunade, simultaneously crushing her bones with amateurasu covered fingers as he quickly retreats. By the time he lands on a nearby natural growth, Tsunade's blood trickles through Susanoo's boney fingers and takes her life. Her body drops. Instantly he summons Hashi's tree world, hiding momentarily from the grief stricken other kages.

Tsunade's body drops, and instantly is surrounded by markings on the ground signalling the the casting of Edo Tensei. Her withered body laying motionless, Madara's hand finishes the last seal and reaches towards his chest. In one motion, Hashirama's face- his living, reanimated flesh- is withdrawn from Madara's now bloody chest and cast into the summoning circle. Red flames, noxious gas, baby dinosaur screams - Hashirama stand before Madara, now fallen to his knees clenching the hole in his chest.

"We live again. the world is now ours."
