I've been wondering what it would be like if characters had alternate fighting styles or at least abilities that varied from their normal means. At first I thought of just the K11, but I figured it would be more fun if everyone can choose from anyone ^.^.
A couple I thought of were as follows:
I thought it would be cool if she used a sword instead of the general Hyuga style....since she isn't as proficient in the typical Gentle Fist, I thought it would be cool if she used her chakra control, Byakugan, and natural flexibility into Kenjutsu and develope a Gentle Sword style or something.
I still wish Sakura was a Genjutsu type user. I thought it would be epic if she could combind her Tsunade style heavy hits wit Genjutsu to make up for her lack of overall speed. Maybee she'd have a genjutsu that revolves around the scent or image of Cherry Blossoms and then come in close with a Falcon Punch!
Was playing some Mortal Kombat and thinkg about Noob Saibot I thought it would be cool if Shikamaru could alter his Kagemane by bringing his shadow or his opponents' shadow to life!

I loved his fighting style, but part of me wished he had used his Water Gun more, or maybee he fought like Joki Boy did...when it was speeding around with that Ice Blade on its wrist it looked so cool! Which he had implemented more of the Hozuki Clan into his fight
While I know he didn't get much screen time...and possibly his arsenal was larger than taijutsu. I wish we got to see him use some long ranged Steam based attacks!
Not so much of a style change as much as more technique implimentation.....Rasengan and Shadow clones are all he has....he could have taken a lesson from Danzo XD! Maybee even take advantage of his extra arms in KM and pick up a few swords like that Samurai Naruto had in a recent title page!
Wish she had imlimented either some Ninjutsu or Genjutsu involving flowers or poison (poison like Shizune used)....outside of a team she is useless as the Shintenshin no Jutsu is all but useless.
