Hype Hiruzen. A fictional non canon character who fans have personally created. In their attempt to make Hiruzen seem better than he actually is, without any evidence or concern for logic, the so called "Hiruzen fanboys" created Hype Hiruzen, who is supposedly the true god of shinobi. His special technique is the "Neutralizer Jutsu" which makes any jutsu thrown at him irrelevant. Recently, fans have given him a new power, the "Reverse Neutralizer" in which Hiruzen is able to negate a jutsu an instantly use it on the opponent.
Lord Itachi. Another by product of fans gone wild. The creators of Lord Itachi have only recently began to decend into madness, plaguing the forums as we speak. They are sort of an cult organization who have thrown logic and reason out of the window. In order to make up for Itachi's fall in rank from the top 10, they created Lord Itachi. Lord Itachi is a ninja who apparently has no known weakness. His Susanoo is capable of shape shifting to any kind of form of protection due to his yata mirror. But his most devastating tech is the infamous jutsu, "Totsuka gg" which instantly creates the sword of totsuka and can seal away anything it touches, including things like water. There have been many logical ways in which Totsuka gg can be countered, but the members of Itachibase have long since stopped listening to reason, and rely only on word play from old databook pages and no evidence to back up their claims. Lord Itachi and his oblivious followers have set out to infect everything in their wake with the Lord Itachi doctrine.
Last but not least Plotbito. Is a recently discovered marvel. An upgrade of Obito. He was created through proof that he is now "reality warper" class. His special jutsus consist of "Full Powered Kamui" which enables him to "Kamui snipe" anyone or thing at almost any distance and can Kamui himself faster than the speed of light allowing him to avoid an and all attacks. His most powerful ability however isnt a jutsu, but a power he has that allows him to use the very plot of the story itself to make any reality real. He has used this power multiple times throughout the series changing the plot over and over again. Many times he has done so in his favor. The only known counter is Naruto's plot shield. His power is so great, there are those who even say that he can Kamui into the Nonfiction world in which WE live in and manipulate reality's "plot." changing the course of people's lives. Theorists say that Obito even created kishi himself.
