I never understood how many people just jumped to that conclusion.

The Admins will ban the Alt Account or Both accounts only if wrong actions were performed with the Alts. They are perfectly allowed if they are used properly.

i understand because i thought of creating one but i wouldnt have time to keep it up, so theres no point in me doing this,

ive seen plenty of people on here with insanes amount of kumi, but i know most that ive seen got it legit, through battles friends etc.

i know nothing about other countries customs when it comes to education
in america kids drop out 17 or 18, and most parents wouldnt let there kid just quit school at 16, unless they get there ged.

my lil bruh samuel just quit school on his on free will, this kid does what he wants. he is only 16 years old but most kids dont do that.he even doesnt go home to my pops he been on his own for a year. ive been doing it for years.

i let it pass , like if i don't prefer being poor than leaving my country for another , and by that destroying it's economy while helping another country's economy

That is against the rules. You can't create an alt account to transfer kumi or rep your main one. If this happens you should report the person you suspect of doing so so the mods can verify their IP.

How about our country, we are just developing country so everyone in our country has same IP.

I know that...Yea the Admins track them down by tracing their ip but how do the people who tell the Admins about the people who are breaking the rules find out about them? Because other people can't see who repped that person or who gave them kumi. So how do they find out before telling Admins?
